Thank you for shopping with NonoiseMoto! We want you to love your e-moto parts and upgrades, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at nonoisemoto@gmail.com
 with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Note: Customized items, installed parts, or any product showing signs of use cannot be returned.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges
We do exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

 with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, email us immediately at nonoisemoto@gmail.com
 with photos.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellations due to fulfillment processing.
